Synergistic Muscle Testing continues the work of Dr. Todd Watts and Dr. Jay Davidson, founders of CellCore. They created the CellCore Muscle Testing methods that unite eastern and western medicine, giving practitioners a clear way to understand how the body heals.
Dr. Todd and Dr. Jay chose Jimmy Scaringi and Nichole Hirsch Kuechle to continue expanding their work. Together, they turned a shared passion into a movement that places muscle testing at the center of foundational root cause medicine.
Synergistic Muscle Testing now carries that vision forward as the Exclusive Muscle Testing of CellCore, providing practitioner training across the country.
More than fifteen years ago, Jimmy and Nichi set out to change the healthcare paradigm through muscle testing — a non-invasive way to analyze the body and uncover the root causes of health challenges.
As pioneers of foundational root cause medicine, they now train practitioners through hands-on workshops that build correlation, confidence, and community.
We believe that more people need to know the knowledge of root cause medicine if we’re going to change what healthcare looks like in this country.

Jimmy started Synergy Nutrition & Wellness in 2017 after years of fighting to correct his health. During his early 20s he was a competitive bodybuilder, fitness model, and personal trainer. The use of steroids lead to a major breaking down of his body physically, his mind mentally, and his spirt spiritually.
In 2012 he became a patient of Nutrition Response Testing and was introduced to muscle testing. As his health came back the epiphany happened realizing “if i could do all this damage to my body and have healed, why can others”.
In 2013 Jimmy began his training with Ulan Nutritional Systems, graduating a Master, Advanced clinically trained provider in 2017. Jimmy also became an instructor for UNS teaching their basic courses through the Advanced clinical training modules until 2020. During that time he was also mentored and trained as a master in Intelligent Designed medicine from MD PhD Roby Mitchell.
In 2020 Jimmy began teaching for Cellcore Biosciences teaching Level 1 and Level 2 courses as a master instructor bringing Dr Todd Watts muscle testing techniques to the masses!
Jimmy has trained over 10k muscle testers nation wide delivering the highest levels of outcomes with passion, knowledge, and enthusiasm for the human body’s ability to heal.

An educator, mentor, and practitioner with nearly 30 years of experience in the foundational medicine field. Nichi has dedicated her career to empowering providers and clients alike to connect with their inner knowing and navigate health concerns more effectively.
As an educator, she is known for her engaging teaching style and ability to break down complex concepts into easy-to-understand terms. No matter the setting, she is committed to ensuring students walk away with the knowledge and tools to succeed.
As a practitioner’s practitioner, she has helped numerous clients achieve optimal health, using muscle testing to guide the program. Her compassionate and holistic approach to care has earned a reputation as a trusted and respected practitioner.
Throughout her career, Nichi has remained committed to advancing the field. She continuously explores new modalities and pursues further training to support her clients and students.
