We recommend out-of-town attendees arrive the day before the event starts.
We will be providing hard copy notes, but please feel free to bring note-taking materials and also a water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the day.
Yes. There will be a break for lunch, which is included.
*Late registrants may miss out on lunch – it is pre-ordered based on the latest headcount one week before the event. Early registration is highly encouraged!
If you need to cancel your registration: Due to the nature of planning for the venue, catering, and manuals based on a final headcount, we require 1 month’s notice if you need to cancel your registration to receive a refund. If you cancel your registration with less than 1 month’s notice prior to the event date, no refund will be issued; however, a credit will remain on your account to be applied toward future trainings.
If we need to cancel or reschedule the workshop: Please note that a minimum of 10 participants is required to host Synergistic Muscle Testing Workshops. If fewer than 10 registrations are received by two weeks prior to the event date (or based on specific venue requirements), the event will be canceled or rescheduled. If the event is canceled, you will receive a full refund for your registration. If the event is rescheduled, your registration will be automatically transferred to the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, a full refund will be issued upon request. If you have any questions or need to request a refund, please reach out to us.
